Back to The Hague for the third (& final) Alexander Taratynov sculptures in The Hague. This one is based on Duerer's Knight, Death, and the Devil.
Once again, click the link if you want to see the original, or click any pic to see a larger version.
We liked the detail on this one, so here are some bonus pics.
Thanks to all who visited and commented for yesterday's Theme Day. I'm still trying to make it through all of the participating sites, and am looking forward to next month's challenge!

These are quite scary looking aren't they?
I could imagine if lit up at night they would keep the rascals away (rascal is the pidgin word for criminal)!!
The detail on these is amazing! They'd be pretty erie at night!
Very interesting sculpture. I'd like to see how children react to it.
Very scary.
I have linked your blog on my blog.
They could give someone(me) a truly terrifying nightmare! but a lovely photo....
At first I thought Death looked a little too jolly and was holding up some sort of beer mug. But close up - yikes! He's got a snake coiling around his head and neck!
Awesome statue. Oh, and thanks for weighing in on the Kyle, TX blog about the car... I think you're right... I think it's a pontiac.
Good night and sleep well.
I'm sorry to the knight, but the face of the knight on the first photo seems like Michael Jackson to me.
