Blue Mill: November "Color Blue" Theme Day
It's a pleasure to be able to look out our front windows and see Wassenaar's 300 year old windmill (molen), the Windlust.
Here it is in the early morning, when the sky is just starting to turn blue.
Speaking of blue, two of my favorite CDPB's stopped publishing this week: Rotterdam and Mainz. Best of luck to you guys and we really enjoyed your photos and stories.
There are over 120 city daily photo blogs participating in the November theme of "The Colo(u)r Blue" ... visit them all!

The blue sky is impressive. A beautiful picture
How pretty and traditional.
An incredible sky and the perfect subject. Although I am relatively new to the DP world, I, too, was sad to see the end of the two photo blogs you mentioned.
I absolutely LOVE your photo! It's delightful. The beautiful blues, the light, the gorgeous shape of that mill. Fantabulous choice! :)
I like your photo. It's got a romantic feel to it.

Such a lovely photo! I love this... :)
When my son went to Amsterdam, he was amazed at how different the blue looks....my neighbor lived in the Netherlands for 5 years and she loved looking outside at the different blue...if this is what it looks like....I can understand why they loved it! very nice.
Very pretty
Three cheers for the red, white and BLUE from Barbara in West Sacramento.

300 years old!? Wow. It's a very nice photo.
At least, a windmill we'll not fight against.
You're lucky indeed.
Great photo
How lucky you are to have this outside your window!!!
Lovely light in this photo.
Good choice of a historic windmill for theme day, I especially like the neutral brown and brighter gold tones of the windmill contrasting with the blue of the sky.
Wow, your photo is really beautiful. I love windmills, maybe because of Don Quixote :-)
Excellent photo. Love the windmill.
Looks a very stormy sky. I hope it didn't rain for you.
