That is a weird installation !
First i thought too many biertjes, but then is saw none of the wheels were bend, so it must have been done deliberately. Art of course.
Very strange, that would be hard to retrieve the bike of it was in the middle somewhere.
After a few beers it can be tricky to park your bike!
